Silicon nitride high-temperature ceramic heating pads have high strength, especially hot-pressed silicon nitride ceramics, which are one of the hardest substances in the world. It is extremely resistant to high temperature. Its strength can be maintained at a high temperature of 1200 ℃ without decreasing. It will not melt into a melt after being heated, and will not decompose until 1900 ℃. It has amazing chemical corrosion resistance. It can withstand almost all Mineral acid and less than 30% caustic soda solution, as well as many organic acids; It is also a high-performance electrical insulation material. Among ceramic materials, its comprehensive mechanical properties are the best, including heat shock resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
