Band heater is used in plastic processing industry for keeping the nozzles of injection molding machines hot. Band heaters are manufactured from high quality mica sheet or ceramic, and high temperature Nickel Chrome resistance.Covered by metal sheathing & can be rolled to the required shape. Available in all standard sizes and termination styles.
Features:
The sheath of the heater is rust resistance,stainless steel.
High temperature Nickel Chrome ribbon is used for resistance heating.
Power Density: 3w/cm2(s.steel),4.5w/cm2（brass）,6.5w/cm2（ceramic insulation）
Operating temperature up maximum 500℃ for mica style,Max.800℃ for ceramic style.
Leads option:Axial, Radial & Tangential terminals are available
Thermocouple holes can be provided as per client's requirements
